Arrangement for: SATB choir and organ
I wrote ‘Benedicite’ as a large-scale piece for choir and organ. The vocal writing is not difficult and it is in a cheerful style, as befits the words of this text. Therefore, it is a useful addition to any repertoire, from liturgical use to a concert opener and, at 9 minutes long, it is also an excellent concert filler. The piece premiered and has been performed in a variety of venues both in the UK and the USA so is proven to have wide appeal and remains one of my cherished works, and I would willingly present a pre-concert talk if required.
The cost of hire is only £1.00 PER COPY, per 90-day period, with free delivery to you (you are responsible for the cost of the return to us and other standard terms and conditions apply).
Rehearsal files are available on the John Fletcher Music website (www.johnfletchermusic.org) to paid up subscribers. However, as there is currently no ‘live’ recording of the piece, if you were willing to produce a recording for us, we would offer you the hire scores for free (please contact us to discuss further).
