Shipping and Delivery

 

We aim to dispatch all printed items within 3 working days but please be patient during busy periods!

 

Your order includes a "Delivery Aim", as shown on the "Checkout" page. This is to be regarded as a guide and not to be taken as gospel! The delivery aims are not guarantees of transit times. Please note that price and availability information are subject to change without notice.

 

Postage and packing charges are automatically applied based on the total price of the order and the Country specified (unless you are purchasing a digital download, in which case there is no postage and packing charge).

 

Digital Downloads

You can now pay for downloadable pdf versions of some of our music, and download them instantly! No time spent waiting for the music to arrive in the post and there are no carriage charges. If you purchase a piece in Digital PDF format you will receive a PDF version of the score once your purchase is complete. The link will be valid for 30 days.

Downloadable products can be added to your shopping basket just as with ordering conventional printed books or accessories. Your order can happily include both downloads and printed books, CDs etc. Your downloads will be accessible immediately after our secure 'Checkout' using any of our immediate payment methods.

Be aware that when you buy downloads from Tim Knight Music, you are purchasing music that is protected under copyright law. By progressing to 'Checkout' and paying for your music, you agree to abide by the following conditions:

• The number of copies you may make is unlimited.

• However, the music is intended for your own use only, and must not be duplicated, copied or passed to anyone else.

• You may print the music out onto paper as required, and/or use it on-screen on any electronic device, but only for your own use.

The sheet music and audio materials offered and digitally delivered by Tim Knight Music are deemed to be 'Services' for the purposes of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Because of the nature of the Services offered by Tim Knight Music, you agree not to exercise any right of return or cancellation concerning:

• The supply of Services which execution has already started (i.e Download has commenced).

• The supply of goods which cannot be returned because of their nature.

• The supply of software you downloaded prior to the commencement of a Download (or acquisition of any goods).

Use of our services requires compatible hardware, internet access, and certain software. The performance of our service can be affected by the quality of these factors. You accept that it is your responsibility to ensure that these requirements (which may change occasionally) are met by your system. We strongly recommend that you use a high-speed internet connection in order to use our service. You may need to install a plug-in from www.adobe.com to read the pdf download. Any reference to 'Windows Media Player', 'Firefox', 'Adobe' or other third party software, should be taken as advice only, and not as a guarantee of the performance of such software. Any complaints about the performance of third party software should be made to the relevant companies who own the software.

 

Returns

 

Products are offered on a "firm sale" basis only, and certainly NEVER "on approval". If you are in any doubt as to exactly what it is you require, then please get in touch and we will be very happy to help you choose the correct music before ordering (eg, where there may be different versions/editions of the same music).

 

If, however, you do have a genuine problem with your purchase once it has been received, under the Distance Selling Act you will be allowed to return the goods for up to 30 days after taking receipt of them. Please email us at mail@timknightmusic.com and ask for a "Returns Number" and quote this clearly in a covering letter using suitable packaging to protect the goods. Please be aware that to receive a full credit/refund, returns MUST arrive with us in a good, re-sellable condition with a valid Returns Number. Postage and Packing charges for returns will be met by the customer unless goods are either dispatched (by us) in error or arrive damaged.
