Tim Knight was born in Northallerton in 1959 and became a chorister of York Minster under Dr Francis Jackson, singing the daily services in this amazing building with some of the finest choral repertoire ever written had a profound effect on him and led him to conducting studies and to composition ( starting with a grace for school dinners at the age of 8)
Since that time, Tim has built up a large portfolio of works in an accessible and appealing style ranging from Orchestral to Choral, beginner woodwind to a series of songs, these are widely published and performed.
