Musical Retreat - Launde Abbey, East Norton, Leicestershire

As it currently stands, and after a visit to the venue to see for ourselves, our visit to Launde Abbey is going ahead as planned, but with a slightly different format in terms of singing and musical activities which would allow us to stay within the current  Government guidelines (which can of course change at any given time).  We have been allocated the ‘Stables’ block, which is a standalone building just across from the main building and means we can be largely self-contained for all our activities, apart from meals, which will be served in the main building. Apart from our group, there will only be a few other guests staying.  There is also a beautiful Chapel, fantastic grounds to explore (including a kitchen garden and Labyrinth!) and a fantastic huge old tree which we could potentially all sing around which would even provide shelter from the rain!
