RESERVE LIST ONLY! Singing Weekend at Rydal Hall, Ambleside, Cumbria

Following on from the success of our previous Singing Holidays, we are delighted to invite experienced singers to join us for more fun, fine food and exquisite music at Rydal Hall in Cumbria, which is set in over thirty acres of garden, woodland and natural beauty in the Lake District UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Hall is within easy reach of Grasmere (the home of William Wordsworth) and Ambleside and we have built in time in the itinerary for our guests to explore this beautiful part of the world.

In this awe-inspiring setting and with wonderful views over the Rothay Valley, Tim Knight will lead you through some rare and wonderful European choral music, both Secular and Sacred from a wide range of traditions (all music is included in the cost of the holiday). Tim Knight is a keen ambassador for choral music and tradition and has been running singing events, workshops and tours for over 15 years and has built up a reputation for providing singers with a rewarding, educational and memorable experience singing fine music in fine venues throughout the UK, America. This had led to consistent repeat bookings and excellent reviews from participants of his events (see below).

Cost:

£249.00 basic cost per person for returning guests

£269.00 basic cost per person for new guests

(Only premium rooms now available at £14.00pp extra cost which will be added to the final invoice)

Itinerary:

Friday - 4pm arrival, welcome refreshments, dinner, introductory singing session

Saturday -  Breakfast, singing session, lunch, free time to explore the local area, dinner, singing session

Sunday - Breakfast, morning singing session, lunch, singing session, depart late afternoon

Cost includes meals stated in the itinerary above (please note timings and sessions are flexible to suit the groups requirements). A non-returnable deposit of £50.00 is required to secure your place on the holiday (the deposit is non-returnable due to the venue requesting the same from us). We will send an invoice for further payment(s) when they are due (50% of the total cost is payable by 31st December 2021 and the balance is payable by 31st March 2022). Notes: Tim Knight Music (‘TKM’) is GDPR compliant and our policy is available on request. Any personal details provided to us will only be used by TKM for the purposes of communicating about its products and services and not shared or sold to a third party. TKM reserve the right to replace Tim Knight as the Event Leader if, for any reason, he is unable to run the event. Participants are required to have their own valid travel insurance (please make sure this covers cancellation due to Covid) and attend TKM events at their own risk. Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund due to non-attendance as we are required to pay the venue in advance and will incur cancellation charges.
